[06/01/2026] AFORO has reached 10,000 images of sagitta otoliths!!!:
Thanks to the latest additions of meso- and bathypelagic species from the North Atlantic from the oceanographic cruises of Maria Pilar Olivar and collaborators, as well as the completion of the pending images from the Atlas of Western Australia (Indian Ocean) by Dowling et al 2017, the figure of 10,000 images belonging to near 3,000 species has been completed. |
